Sometimes a user would like to add team access to an individual interaction (as opposed to adding it to a configuration to put the team on every interaction created by that configuration). For instance, perhaps the user would like to add a software partner to a particular interaction to help troubleshoot it.
This feature will allow anyone (including user role) to share an interaction (sharing for an entire configuration is limited to company admins)
Previously could only receive MercuryGate loads from files placed on an FTP folder, now can support receiving MercuryGate loads from an API extract to a logmozo webhook. Supported in createload service in MercuryGate API.

These logs will allow you to see not only all of the specific details of the calls, such as request headers, body, IP addresses, etc. but will also show you the associated subscription that was used to create the calls. You can filter on various fields by clicking the "filter" button in order to get to the specific details you're interested in:
Summary of events:
You can also see summary charts of the logs by subscription. For those companies utilizing multiple subscriptions for their own customers under their loglink account, this can give a good view of the relative amount of activity by subscription (i.e. by your customer or by location).
Applies to white-labeled sites only.
New ability to completely customize both HTML and text versions of all emails that are sent from the site (user signup, forgot password, etc). All emails use the verified email address that was configured in portal settings as the "from" address.
From portal configuration, click on "edit" for the appropriate email template:
Edit the subject text, HTML version, and plain text versions from the screen that comes up:
Design or add additional elements to the html version by opening the snippets menu on the right and dragging elements on the HTML section. Clicking the drop down will show different types of formatted sections you might want to include in your email, but the most common ones are image, paragraph, and buttons. Remember however that you can style the current email template without changing the basic structure, so you may not need to use this at all.
Replacement variables are shown under the editing section on the top of the screen that is available when you are editing an HTML section.
It's really important to ensure that the links such as 'set password' etc are exactly right, as not getting this correct could break login/signup functionality. If you have any questions, please contact us. The standard templates that are provided have the correct links already, but if you make changes be sure to use the links provided from the toolbar top section, labeled "1" in the image below.
